Colton holds a B.S. in Education majoring in Recreation and Leisure studies with an emphasis in Administration from the University of Georgia. Colton has been employed with the City of Jefferson since 2006. Before being named Director in 2008, Colton served as Athletics Director for 2 years. He has received the Certified Parks & Recreation Professional (CPRP) and Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA) designations, and is a member of the Georgia Recreation and Parks Association (GRPA) and National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA).

Jenn is a native of Jefferson and one of the founding members of the Jefferson Parks and Recreation Department. She has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Gainesville College. Before making a move to the recreation field, Jenn had 11 years in the financial industry. She has been a volunteer coach for the past 8 years and an active member of GRPA and NRPA for 7 years.

Adam earned his B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Management from Emmanuel College. Before joining Jefferson Recreation, Adam gained a tremendous amount of recreation and leisure experience through eight years of service between the Madison County Recreation Department and the Sandy Creek Golf Course in Commerce as an Assistant Professional. Along with his immense experience, Adam holds both CPO (Certified Pool Operator), and Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA) designations. Adam is also an active member in GRPA (Georgia Recreation and Parks Association).

Jeremy holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Georgia, majoring in Recreation and Leisure studies with an emphasis in administration. He has been actively involved in recreational sports for the past 6 years through the University of Georgia and the Jefferson Recreation Department. He also has a solid background in sports, participating competitively in college in the areas of football and wrestling. He is an active member of GRPA. His certifications include First Aid and CPR, Sports First Aid through AESP (American Sport Education Program), and he currently holds a Coaching Certificate through GHSA.

Nathan holds an A.S. in Turf Management from North Georgia Technical College in Clarkesville, Georgia. He has extensive training and certified qualifications from Georgia Turfgrass Association seminars in turfgrass management, pesticide applications, irrigation construction and landscape design. He is a certified pesticide applicator (Category 24) in the state of Georgia and is a Certified Turfgrass Professional (CTP) from UGA Continuing Education. He is also a member of Georgia Turfgrass Association (GTA), Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA) and Georgia Recreation and Parks Association (GRPA).

Adam has been with JPRD since early 2007. His direction in the After-School, Summer Camp and Dazzle Day programs has helped Jefferson become the premier school-aged child care provider in Jackson County. Adam's previous experience includes extensive youth programming with the Winder YMCA. The JPRD child care division has grown expanded to previously unbelievable bounds under Adam's leadership.

Kay has been with Jefferson Recreation since it inception. Kay manages all of the day to day operations of the Main office and maintains a working relationship with the public, as well as takes care of the bookings. Kay is also the Senior Advisor and certified instructor for the SilverSneakers program that is structured toward helping Active Adults 55+ and seniors 65 and older get empowered about their health.

Andrew holds a degree in Turf Management from North GA Technical College in Clarkesville, GA. Before coming to Jefferson, he held positions such as assistant golf course superintendent and head golf course superintendent in Elberton, GA. Andrew is a certified pesticide applicator (category 24) in the state of Georgia. He also is a member of Georgia Parks and Recreation Association (GRPA).
