OLDER ADULT EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

  • CLASSIC AEROBICS (SIGNATURE CLASS)

Offers safe and effective nonimpact activity plus upper strength work.

  • YOGA/CORE

Safe slow movements using a chair and handheld weights and small ball and utilizing the floor 70% of the class. 

  • 10/15/20 Class modified and advanced options.

The class consists of 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of range of motion and strength and 10 minutes of walking.

  • CARDIO

Low impact exercise designed to help with muscle tone,

body conditioning.

Equipment needed:

Handheld weights (your desire ---2-4 are recommended)

Resistance band with plastic hand handle

Exercise drumsticks (non-weighted)

Small handheld ball

Yoga Mat
